Day 1 – Edinburgh

Day 2 – Edinburgh

Edinburgh castle is perched high on a hill residing over the city, and is certainly one of the Scottish capital’s top attractions. Your vacation includes a skip-the-line entry ticket, where you’ll be able to visit St Margaret’s Chapel, admire the dazzling Crown Jewels, learn all about the key battles of Scotland’s history and walk through the Royal Palace where Mary Queen of Scots gave birth to her son. Day 3 – Edinburgh To Fort William

Catch the train from Edinburgh to Fort William today, where you will pick up the famous Jacobite steam train. Meander through some of the world’s most stunning scenery, crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct made famous in the Harry Potter films. This journey is often described as the greatest in the world, and the tracks meander past Ben Nevis, Loch Morar and Loch Nevis itself. Spend some free time in Mallaig before returning to Fort William and transferring to your hotel in pretty Glencoe. (Overnight in Glencoe) B

Day 4 – Fort William To Edinburgh

Day 5 – Edinburgh To Inverness
