DAY 1 – LONDON
Spend your first day in London enjoying an award-winning afternoon secret food tour! Londoners are wildly passionate about their food culture. Eat traditional British favourites, such as fish and chips, sausage rolls, and traditional bacon and egg baps. Sample tasters from street food vendors, enjoy English cheeses paired with local beers and cider, and try a classic British dessert alongside a fresh pot of tea. Plus, with all our tours, there is a secret dish, which you can only find out about on the tour. (Overnight in London) L
DAY 2 – LONDON
Delight in the quintessential English culture on a 4.5-hour tour that combines three iconic British experiences. With a knowledgeable guide, watch the incredible Changing of the Guard ceremony outside of Buckingham Palace. Then, embark on an audio-guided tour of the residence’s lavish State Apartments. Later, head to a prestigious hotel in central London and pleasure your palate with an appetizing array of finger sandwiches, soft scones, and aromatic cups of English tea. Complete your day with a flight aboard the iconic Coca-Cola London Eye. Avoid the queue with your fast-track ticket and enjoy priority boarding for a 30-minute flight. Enjoy a glass of chilled Pommery Brut Royal Champagne served by your host as you admire landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben from a birds-eye-view. DAY 3 – LONDON TO INVERNESS
Combine London’s riverside landmarks with a delicious three-course meal for lunch during your sightseeing cruise along the Thames. Relax as you admire the iconic sights. Enjoy stellar views of the London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, and more! Then, head to the station for your overnight journey onboard the Caledonian Sleeper to Inverness in your double en-suite cabin. (Overnight onboard the Caledonian Sleeper) B, L
DAY 4 – INVERNESS
You’ll arrive in Inverness following breakfast and make your way to Rocpool Reserve, an upmarket boutique hotel which is a 7-minute walk to Inverness Castle. In the Deluxe Room you will have a Flat Screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as lavish bathrooms with free standing bathtub and walk in shower. In the afternoon, experience mysterious Loch Ness and the ruins of Urquhart Castle during your coach and boat trip. (Overnight in Inverness) B
DAY 5 – INVERNESS
Get an early start and depart Inverness for today’s excursion along the Great Glen Fault Line towards Loch Ness. Take a short break in Invermoriston and continue traveling dramatic Highland scenery to the west coast and Eilean Donan Castle, the most photographed castle in Scotland. Next, it’s over the sea and onto the Isle of Skye. You travel up the island’s east coast through the stunning Red Cuillin Mountains to Sligachan, where you stop for a photo opportunity of the clear mountain waters. In the town of Portree, you have free time to grab lunch at one of the many charming local restaurants and explore the scenery along the Trotternish Peninsula. Stop in Kyleakin for refreshments and a change to see the dramatic ruins of Castle Moil, Skye Bridge, and Eilean Ban. On your journey back to Inverness, take in more of the unforgettable Scottish Highland scenery. (Overnight in Inverness) B
DAY 6 – INVERNESS TO EDINBURGH
Start the day with a leisurely breakfast then make your way to the station for your train to Edinburgh. Enjoy the first-class facilities where you can choose to take lunch onboard whilst admiring the views. You will arrive in Edinburgh mid-afternoon and check into your hotel, which is a short walk away from the station. Spend the evening at leisure. (Overnight in Edinburgh) B
DAY 7 – EDINBURGH
This morning’s whisky masterclass tour will start with an extended guided viewing of a whisky collection over coffee and shortbread. Take a fun sensory perception test while enjoying a blend, a single grain, and two single malt whiskies, and the nosing of a new spirit. This exclusive tour includes a private viewing of the world’s largest collection of scotch whisky and a boxed crystal whisky tasting glass to keep as a souvenir. Next, visit Edinburgh Castle, which is located and use your skip the line ticket to explore. Conclude your day with a private tour of the Royal Yacht Britannia. (Overnight in Edinburgh) B
DAY 8 – EDINBURGH
Today’s tour starts at St. Giles Cathedral in the High Street of Old Town Edinburgh. Experience the historic architecture down Victoria Street, then meander through the old marketplace, where the first pub in Edinburgh is located. It’s over 500 years old! After a great photo opportunity of the famous Edinburgh Castle, walk down one of the most well-known streets in the world, The Royal Mile. Finish belly full of delicious cuisine and plenty of first-hand knowledge about the intriguing city of Edinburgh. (Overnight in Edinburgh) B, L
DAY 9 – YOUR JOURNEY ENDS IN EDINBURGH
